Vape Coil Calculator
I've been vaping for a few months already and have spent a little bit more time to learn to coil and wick my own tank.
The process can be a quite tedious but with proper practice, it should be easy peasy.
No, I'm not going to explain the steps on how to rebuild your coils or how to wick. There are plenty of YouTube videos around on how to build coils and wicking.
If you build your own coils but do not have an Ohm meter/reader, you can use these online tools to guide you on the Ohms and resistance using different gauge Kanthal or any other of your preferred coils.
1. Steam Engine
Steam Engine offers a free suite vaping calculators.

Ubuntu! What? is Ubuntu?
ubuntu |oǒ'boǒntoō|
Ubuntu is an easy-to-use Linux operating software for desktop. Ubuntu means "Humanity to others" in the ancient African language
I've always been a fan of computers when I was growing up. I remembered installing a Red Hat Linux on a very old Intel 486. That was how I learned about network and connectivity. This is how it all started.
I'm not going to bore you with my boring tales. But I'm going to share with you Ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS for desktop PCs and laptops. LTS means Long Time Support. This version comes with a 5 years security and maintenance updates, guaranteed. And it is recommended for most users.
You can try it before you decide to download and install. You can either run Ubuntu via CD or USB. Check out here. Once you've decided to download and install, download your version of Ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS here.

Nationwide raids target nicotine-based vapes
"The Health Ministry says that raids on vape stores nationwide are carried out to seize nicotine-based vapes."

There was no need for warning because the Poison Act is clear on it's enforcement.

According to MEVTA President, Mr Allan Foo, business is as usual, do not sell nicotine-based e-liquids. Mr Foo also mentioned that they are open to the ministry's plan to regulate the nascent industry through licensing.
“It is good, but what are the guidelines? The members went to the pharmacy yesterday and there are still no guidelines available,” he said.

Below is a screenshot of the website in action. Check out all the markers. Amazing don't you think?

I quit!
I quit smoking 2 months ago and just started vaping awhile back. So what do I think about it? I think it's a good move because mom hasn't been complaining about my smoking habits. Lol!
But I have a new problem now.
The process is time consuming. Maybe because I'm still new at it.
Here's a little something to share about Malaysia Vapers out there. Check out the video created by Wan Natasha Atiqah Romzi on Typical Malaysia Vapers. #janganterasa

Of Twitter and ...
I'm fairly new on Twitter. Therefore I think this post is good for all the newbies out there.
Below are some Twitter abbreviation you probably have seen on your timeline and their descriptions.
Blocking
To block someone on Twitter means they will be unable to follow you or add you to their lists, and we will not deliver their mentions to your mentions tab.
Direct Message –or- DM
Also called a DM and most recently called simply a "message," these Tweets are private between the sender and recipient. Tweets sent over SMS become DMs when they begin with "d username" to specify who the message is for.
Favorite
To favorite a Tweet means to mark it as one of your favorites by clicking the yellow star next to the message. You can also favorite via SMS.
FF
#FF stands for "Follow Friday." Twitter users often suggest who others should follow on Fridays by tweeting with the hashtag #FF.
GFF (Get Followers Fast)
Sites that promise to get you more followers if you provide your username and password. After signing up, these sites send spam from your account. Don't use them.
Handle
A user's "Twitter handle" is the username they have selected and the accompanying URL, like so:http://twitter.com/username.
Hashtag
The # symbol is used to mark keywords or topics in a Tweet. It was created organically by Twitter users.
HT or h/t
Usually means "hat tip." A way of acknowledging the person who originally shared the content being tweeted, such as a link to an article or video.
MT
Similar to RT, an abbreviation for "Modified Tweet." Placed before the retweeted text when users manually retweet a message with modifications, for example shortening a Tweet.
OH
"OH" most often means "overheard" in Tweets. Used as a way to quote funny things people overhear.
Protected/Private Accounts
Twitter accounts are public by default. Choosing to protect your account means that your Tweets will only be seen by approved followers and will not appear in search.
Retweet (noun)
A Tweet by another user, forwarded to you by someone you follow. Often used to spread news or share valuable findings on Twitter.
Retweet (verb)
To retweet, retweeting, retweeted. The act of forwarding another user's Tweet to all of your followers.
RLRT
"Real Life Retweet" is another way of saying OH ("overheard"). Used to quote something a person said in "real life."

The Romancing Night of Chap Goh Meh
Happy Chap Goh Meh!
On the 15th day of Chinese Lunar year, Chinese community in Penang celebrated Chap Goh Meh. According to legend, this fascinating festival tells a story of a lonely young man who during his first outing saw one of the most beautiful women his sights ever laid on. He was immediately enraptures by her stunning looks.
Despite the excitement & exhilaration pounding in his heart, the young man quickly jotted down the number of her car. On the very next day, he made a search and enquiries on which this car belongs to. When he got to know the address, he quickly asks his mother to send a matchmaker to his dream girl's home to arrange the
marriage. In such haste and without investigation, the young man did not realize that the beautiful girl he had seen that day was actually not the daughter of the house but a visiting niece.
And so on his wedding day, the poor groom found that instead of looking at the radiant smiling girl he had expected, he was to be married to her fat and rather plain cousin. The story does have a rather happy ending though, as his wife was a wealthy woman!
Chap Goh Meh in Mandarin was called Yuan Xiao, but in the traditional Hokkien dialect of Penang, Chap Goh Meh means the 15th night of Chinese New Year. It is celebrated with prayers and offerings to mark the end of the Chinese New Year.
During this auspicious occasion, houses are brightly decorated with lights and lanterns are hung over the balcony or five-foot ways for the last day of the Chinese New Year. Prayers to the ancestors are offered. Despite a ban, firecrackers are lit as a 'send-off' to the New Year. The next day, people go back to work, businesses
operate as usual and everyone is looking forward to the next Chinese New Year.
Various activities are planned to mark this very traditional occasion but the two mainstays are the Dondang Sayang and orange/tangerine throwing ceremony. In the morning, nyonya households will distribute pengat, a sweet and rich broth of tubers and bananas to relatives and friends.
As evening falls, the atmosphere relaxes as the gentle strains of Dondang Sayang fill the air. Dondang Sayang, which means "lullaby of love", is interplay of sung poetry, usually revolving around the theme of love, between a man and a woman, trying to outwit each other in the name of affection whilst traditional music plays in the
background.
In the past, Chap Goh Meh was one of the few occasions where eligible young ladies, transformed into scorching beauties, were allowed out from the confines of their homes. Eager gentlemen could only admire longingly at all the passing beauties, as the lovely ladies were always accompanied by an entourage of the fiercest looking aunts and amahs (servants)! These young maidens (and spinsters) would throw oranges into the sea as a gesture of hope to wed good husbands.
To keep this quaint tradition alive in modern times, orange throwing has transformed into a competition of sorts, where oranges thrown into the sea by girls (single or otherwise) would be scooped up by boys in boats. The boat with most oranges would be declared the winner.
So, if you're coming to Penang during this occasion, don't forget to drop by at the esplanade where the yearly orange throwing competition is being held. You can also participate in the competition if you like.

Are You Living Like a Prostitute?
Found this post on random thoughts. Just wanted to share with all of you.
Some of you may already know that I travel around the region pretty frequently, having to visit and conduct seminars at my offices in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Su Zhou (China). I am in the airport almost every other week so I get to bump into many people who have attended my seminars or have read my books.
Recently, someone came up to me on a plane to KL and looked rather shocked. He asked, ˜How come a millionaire like you is travelling economy? My reply was, that’s why I am a millionaire. He still looked pretty confused.
This again confirms that greatest lie ever told about wealth (which I wrote about in my latest book Secrets of Self Made Millionaires). Many people have been brainwashed to think that millionaires have to wear Gucci, Hugo Boss, Rolex etc (I shop at G2000 by the way) and sit on first class in air travel. This is why so many people never become rich because the moment that earn more money, they think that it is only natural that they spend more, putting them back to square one.
The truth is that most self-made millionaires (not those lucky bast**ds who inherited money) are frugal and only spend on what is necessary and of value. That is why they are able to accumulate and multiply their wealth so much faster. Over the last 7 years, I have saved about 80% of my income while today I save only about 60% (because I have my wife, mother in law,2 maids, 2 kids, etc to support). Still, it is way above most people who save 10% of their income (if they are lucky). I refuse to buy a first class ticket or to buy a $300 shirt because I think that it is a complete waste of money. However, I happily pay $1,300 to send my 2-year old daughter to Julia Gabriel Speech and Drama without thinking twice.
When I joined the YEO (Young Entrepreneurs Organization) a few years back (YEO is an exclusive club open to those who are under 40 and make over $1m a year in their own business) I discovered that those who were self-made thought like me. Many of them with net worth’s well over $5m, travelled economy class and some even drove Toyotas and Nissans. I noticed that it was only those who never had to work hard to build their own wealth (there were also a few ministers and tycoons sons in the club) who spent like there was no tomorrow. Somehow, when you did not have to build everything from scratch, you do not really value money. This is precisely the reason why a family’s wealth (no matter how much) rarely lasts past the third generation. Thank god my rich dad (oh no I sound like Kiyosaki) foresaw this terrible possibility and refused to give me a cent to start my business.
Then some people ask me, What is the point in making so much money if you don’t enjoy it? The thing is that I don’t really find happiness in buying branded clothes, jewelry or sitting first class. Even if buying something makes me happy it is only for a while it does not last. Material happiness never lasts, it just give you a quick fix. After a while you feel lousy again and have to buy the next thing which you think will make you happy. I always think that if you need material things to make you happy, then you live a pretty sad and unfulfilled life.
Instead, what makes ME happy is when I see my children laughing and playing and learning so fast. What makes me happy is when I see by companies and trainers reaching more and more people every year in so many more countries. What makes me really happy is when I read all the emails about how my books and seminars have touched and inspired someone’s life. What makes me really happy is reading all your wonderful posts about how this BLOG is inspiring you. This happiness makes me feel really good for a long time, much much more than what a Rolex would do for me.
I think the point I want to put across is that happiness must come from doing your life’s work (be in teaching, building homes, designing, trading, winning tournaments etc and the money that comes is only a by-product. If you hate what you are doing and rely on the money you earn to make you happy by buying stuff, then I think that you are living a life no better than a prostitute.
