I've always been a fan of computers when I was growing up. I remembered installing a Red Hat Linux on a very old Intel 486. That was how I learned about network and connectivity. This is how it all started.
I'm not going to bore you with my boring tales. But I'm going to share with you Ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS for desktop PCs and laptops. LTS means Long Time Support. This version comes with a 5 years security and maintenance updates, guaranteed. And it is recommended for most users.
